Another letter from the minister

"Dear Mr. Campbell,

Thank you for your further letter of 23 January about the Broads Authority and for making a copy of my response available to the individuals who signed your petition.

Although I have carefully considered your letter I do not share your views and my position remains as stated in my earlier letter of 7 January.
